Hello, I’m Deb Herring, your Grimes greeter.  There’s nothing I love more than welcoming Grimes residents and sharing the vibrant spirit of our community.  I’ve called Grimes home since 1986, back when we had only a handful of businesses.  It’s been truly exciting to witness the remarkable growth our town has undergone over the years.  In addition to Community Greetings, I’ve been a teacher in West Des Moines for 22 years.  I have two grown sons who attend DC-G and my favorite way to unwind is by reading a good book and listening to live music.
